If you were a paying member of adifferent.me you thereby agree to waive any claim to any advance paid subscription fees considered unused.  adifferent.me can also without warning or explanation at any time and at our discretion suspend, delete and prevent further access to groups of users and individuals at any time.

adifferent.me may at its discretion delete any account believed to be using false or misleading information.

3.  Property rights of content on adifferent.me

adifferent.me claims no ownership rights for the files, text, photos, images, videos, music or any other materials posted on the website.  By posting on the adifferent.me website you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to adifferent.me and all its members a non-exclusive, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, copy, perform display or 're-post' any content like photos or video that are covered by intellectual property rights

4.  Password

By registering at adifferent.me you are agreeing you are solely responsible for all use of your account. adifferent.me cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising by access or misuse from a lost or stolen password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentially of your password.  You agree not to let anyone other than yourself use the account or disclose your user-name or password to any third party. You must notify adifferent.me immediately if you suspect any illegal or unauthorized access or use of your account.

5.  Content posted on adifferent.me

adifferent.me is a social networking platform which allows members to join, create a personal profile. You can have access but not limited to other features such as albums, video, music, blogs, forums, classifieds, events, groups, chat rooms and any mobile services.  You own this content and information and can decide and control how it is shared through Settings>Privacy.  Any content you post will appear immediately on the website for public viewing and is your responsibility.  Subject to your privacy settings adifferent.me can use or 'repost' any of your content covered by intellectual property rights like photos, videos or music.

adifferent.me will not tolerate any illegal or under-age sexual content.  Any member posting images, videos or any type of content showing anyone we consider at our discretion to be under-age will be removed from the website.  We will always report any incidents of illegal content to the relevant authorities and if requested work closely with them in any investigations.

adifferent.me cannot be held responsible for any libellous, slanderous, inflammatory, offensive, misleading or objectionable content posted on your profile. At our discretion we may remove images, videos, music or other content which may be deemed offensive or illegal or which may violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten any person or entity.  Following this we may also terminate your profile and deny any future access.

The following are examples of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited to post on the adifferent.me website.  We reserve the right to investigate, report to the relevant authorities and take legal action against anyone who, at our discretion violates any of the following examples. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that exploits anyone in a violent or sexual manner.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion containing offensive subject matter or excessive violence

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that discloses information that could pose a security risk to any person or organisation.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that is false or misleading or promotes illegal activity or any conduct that is abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory or libellous.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that promotes or provides links to an unauthorized or illegal copy of someone else’s copyrighted work. This includes but is not limited to pirated computer programs, providing information to avoid manufacturer installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or video files.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that includes or promotes the sending or receiving of 'chain letters', 'junk mail' or any kind of unsolicited bulk mailing, instant messaging, or spamming.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that includes links to member only pages or password restricted areas of the website.

1. Any post or comment at our discretion that contains any instructions for illegal activity or promotes such activity. This could include but is not limited to making or buying illegal guns, the supply or use of illegal substances, violating someone’s privacy, or providing, creating, or using computer viruses.

6.  Limitation on liability

adifferent.me cannot be liable to you or any other third party for any damage or loss weather direct, consequential, or otherwise, profit or revenue loss incurred by you as a direct or indirect use of adifferent.me website or its mobile services.

7.  Unwanted contact

You agree that adifferent.me cannot be held responsible for any unwanted contact resulting from the information you have supplied on your profile. Your contacts details are not shown on your profile, this can be shown by changing the relevant privacy settings. You agree that adifferent.me cannot be held responsible for any unwanted contact if you chose to show these details on your profile.

8.  Classifieds

You are permitted to sell goods and services through the adifferent.me website. You agree that adifferent.me cannot be  liable to you or any other third party for any damage or loss weather direct, consequential, or otherwise, profit or revenue loss incurred by you as a direct or indirect use of adifferent.me classified services.

9.  Unauthorized access/hacking

You agree not to use any spider, robot or any other process weather manual or automatic to copy or monitor our web pages or interfere with the with the proper running of adifferent.me.  You also agree not to take any action that could place an unreasonably large load on our system.

10.  Search engines

Your profile on adifferent.me will be available (if selected in settings>privacy) for public viewing  and also cached on the servers of various third party search engines on the internet. You agree that adifferent.me is not responsible for removing any of your content from search engines.

11.  Illegal/Offensive material

If you suspect someone of using illegal/offensive or material for which the copyright does not belong to on their profile please contact adifferent.me using the 'report' link on their profile or at various other places throughout website.  Please include the URL of the offending pages. adifferent.me will always investigate infringement of this kind as soon as possible.

12.  Privacy

using adifferent.me you are governed by our privacy policy which may change from time to time. If any changes are made you will be notified by electronic means.

13.  Member disputes

You agree you are solely responsible for any interactions with other adifferent.me users. We reserve the right but have no obligation to become involved in any disputes with another member.

14.  Leaving adifferent.me

If you are unhappy with adifferent.me, our terms and conditions or the way we run the website you are free at any time to leave.  You can un-register using settings>delete account.
